WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DOES SPROUTED NUTRITION TAKE?

Cash, check, or e-transfer are accepted. An official receipt will be provided to you after the session so you can submit this to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT IN MY INITIAL NUTRITION CONSULTATION?

The initial consultation includes a detailed review of your medical and lifestyle history, as well as, your nutrition goals. I will help you navigate through any nutrition related questions you may have and provide the education necessary to help you achieve your goals. We will work together to create an individualized plan that will help you nourish your body from the inside out!

WHERE SHOULD I MEET YOU?

For your convenience, I can meet you at a coffee shop close to your work or home (Your drink of choice is included in the consultation). I can also provide services over the phone, FaceTime or Skype so you can enjoy your nutrition consultation from the comfort of your own home.
